MELODY NAPOLEON
Independent young artist MELODY NAPOLEON has been one of the most dominant and critically acclaimed names in the rap game of Melbourne city. The gifted rapper is unique in a way that he can switch genres, vocal ranges, vocal types, and styles to express and deliver his story.
Since the start of 2021, Napoleon has released a couple of hit singles like; Gliding, In the Alley, and Calling My Phone. His official Gliding video released on YouTube just seven months ago has received a sharp rise in numbers.
With over 79k views, the hip-hop fused soundtrack has been admired by a number of his fans, receiving a couple of love-filled comments for his work. Napoleon is as authentic as it gets; For a young independent artist, his personality is unmistakable. He raps and speaks truth in his texts, which connects him to the audience like no other.
With such a rapid rise and a relentless stream of critical and commercial hits, Melody Napoleon is one of Australia’s new-day hip-hop artists that you should keep on your radar. He has worked with a number of artists on some of his tracks; Crevelli and Syruyus on “Calling My Phone.”

CURRENCY BABA
Osamagbe Promise Edugie, who is popularly known as CURRENCY BABA, is an African Australian pop (Afri-oz Pop) Songwriter, Recording Artist, producer, and engineer. Currency baba is the early pioneer in the Afro-beats music scene of Australia. Born in Edo state Nigeria, Currency Baba is the CEO of C-City Records.
He came to light in 2016 after his debut single “Testimony,” which was loved by so many of his fans. Baba has moved to break boundaries with his African narrative music such as “Me and You,” which made it onto Apple Music Top 100 charts into the big league of pop and Hip-Hop.
Currency Baba’s style of music combines both his traditional African heritage and his western roots in styles like; Pop and Hip-pop to create his Afro-pop/Afrobeat songs. For his latest project, “Ole,” Currency teamed up with one of Nigeria’s hottest rappers, “Skales,” to create one of the finest Afrobeat soundtracks, and with a growing support on his social media platforms he has managed to gain +400k YouTube plays on his music videos. Not to mention 2 million plus streams on his music.

LAKSHANE
A music career that started out in Sri Lanka’s English music competition, TNL Onstage back in 2013, saw artist LAKSHANE rising to the peak of the music scene. You might think that was the peak, but unfortunately, it was just the beginning.
A push towards finding out to become a doctor followed; however, it never quite sat right. While taking a hiatus and finishing his undergraduate degree, Lakshane released his debut single “Don’t Lie “at the top of 2017, which turned heads within the Melbourne music scene.
Lakshane spent the succeeding four years honing his sound to capitalize on the track’s momentum, mixing different R&B with modern pop and dark pop to capture the mood late-night night drive.
At that point, Lakshane appeared on a couple of tracks with international acts like; Wiz, The kid LAROI, likewise collaborating with Sri Lankan rap heavyweight Costa, resulting in a number one album. Earlier this year, he released his latest single, “Ariana,” which landed on New Music Friday on Spotify ANas business radio spins and coverage from YouTube channels with over 37k views. Lakshane continues to cultivate a committed fanbase in the Australian and Sri Lankan music industries, having sold out multiple shows in both countries.
